Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. Delivery to remote or rural locations may require additional time.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products, promotions, or qualifying order values.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via SMS or email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, the shipment may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

Food & Grocery Items Notice

To ensure hygiene and safety, food and grocery items cannot be returned once delivered unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
