Refund policy
At JDH Spices, we follow a “no questions asked replacement policy” to ensure customer satisfaction with every order.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our product at the time of delivery, you may return it immediately to the delivery personnel.
If you are unavailable during delivery, you can raise a complaint within 24–48 hours of receiving the product. To help us improve our quality and process your request, please share clear images of the product and packaging at support@spicechefenterprises.com along with your order details.
We will review your complaint and, if found valid, arrange for a replacement of the affected product.
Please note that refunds are not applicable – only replacements will be offered in case of quality or manufacturing defects.
Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries
In case you receive an incorrect product or a damaged packet, we will promptly replace it with the correct item at no extra cost.
If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will still be considered delivered. No refund will be issued in such cases, and an additional ₹50 re-delivery charge will apply if re-shipping is requested.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not accepted from the customer’s side.
