As a chef, I had the privilege to learn from them. As a grandson, I was blessed to be fed by a man who believed that food wasn’t just for the body — it was a way to love, to connect, and to care.
My Dadaji taught us that a home-cooked meal was sacred. My mentors showed me that every spice has a purpose. And together, they sparked a dream. JDH Spices is that dream — a tribute to flavour, family, and faith in food made right.

Spice Chef Enterprises was founded by Chef Himanshu Wadhwa, a culinary professional with experience at top hospitality brands like The Oberois and ITDC. After launching his first successful venture, Mughal Gourmet—now a leading industrial catering service in Baddi serving over 4,500 meals daily—he turned his focus to his passion project: Spice Chef.
